Welcome to my page!  I'm Janine and I'm a missionary with World Indigenous Missions, sent out by this great church-- New Voice!  I've been involved in world missions for many years, and have been a full-time missionary for quite some time now, previously serving in Mexico for three years.

In this blog, I'll be updating you on all the various adventures and day-to-day experiences of the mission field.  You can expect to read about what God is doing in Japan, projects and preparations, my perspective on culture, and just what it's like to live in another country.

Weird, New and Goodgood Things November 27, 2010 Well, it's been quite an interesting week. Last week was really stressful and I had a big test-- a Japanese proficiency test-- the N3, which is in the middle. There are 5, 1 the highest, 5 the lowest.
